Try this delicious twist on classic bubble & squeak. Serve with chicken, fish or pork steaks with a sweet chilli sauce for a delicious English/Oriental style main course.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Findus Wok Vietnamese
- 600g potatoes, peeled
- 30g butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon seasoned plain flour
- salt & ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water. Drain well, and mash until smooth with the butter and some salt and pepper.
- Stir fry the Findus Wok vegetables in a little oil on high for minutes. Cool slightly.
- Mix the Findus Wok with the mashed potato, and then divide the mixture into portions and shape into round cakes.
- Coat each cake lightly in the seasoned flour, and fry them in hot oil to a golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on a kitchen towel and serve straight away.
