Try this delicious twist on classic bubble & squeak. Serve with chicken, fish or pork steaks with a sweet chilli sauce for a delicious English/Oriental style main course.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Findus Wok Vietnamese
  • 600g potatoes, peeled
  • 30g butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoon seasoned plain flour
  • salt & ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water. Drain well, and mash until smooth with the butter and some salt and pepper.
  2. Stir fry the Findus Wok vegetables in a little oil on high for minutes. Cool slightly.
  3. Mix the Findus Wok with the mashed potato, and then divide the mixture into portions and shape into round cakes.
  4. Coat each cake lightly in the seasoned flour, and fry them in hot oil to a golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain on a kitchen towel and serve straight away.
