Patsy's sparklers

Patsy and Edina rule the roost when it comes to knocking back the bubbly. So lock up your sons, grab a glass and pop your cork with these absolutely fabulous champagne sparklers.

Darling! After a hard day's shopping at Harvey Nicks, there's nothing like the sexy fizz of a champagne cocktail to get a girl back on her feet and ready for anything.

Break out the champers and get your smackers around these little sparklers. You can mix them yourselves - but they somehow taste better served by a handsome young barman...

Kir Royale
To drink with royalty, of course.

Pour crème de cassis into a champagne flute. Add a splash of Veuve. Wait a moment, then fill with champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a strawberry on the rim of the glass. Enjoy.

The Velvet Swing
It's the rose petals I love about this one. Absolute class, sweetie.

Pour cognac and port into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne. Garnish with rose petals and scatter a few more about your person.

Champagne Cocktail
Ah, the classic.

Soak sugar cube with Angostura bitters and place in the bottom of a large champagne flute. Fill with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist. Drink. Refill.

Veuve Lurve

Best downed after moshing at a hard gig (just don't tell Saffy).
  • 1 part Veuve
  • 1 part bourbon

Pour equal measures into a glass of your choice. Not to be sipped slowly. Garnish not necessary. Patsy takes no responsibility for side effects.
