What wines can I serve with Chinese food?

Alsace wines taste very good with Chinese food. Try Tesco’s Finest Alsace Riesling at about £5.50 – it’s dry, zippy and tangy. Or, if you fancy something more flowery, go for Tesco’s Finest Alsace Gewürztraminer 1999 (about £6).
