1. Set the sausages in a large roasting tin.
2. Remove the rind from the bacon (reserve for cooking the roast potatoes). Halve each rasher and stretch with the back of a knife then roll and thread in threes on to cocktail sticks. Place in the roasting tin.
3. Cook the sausages and bacon towards the top of the oven for 30 minutes, until the bacon crisps.
