75g fresh wholewheat breadcrumbs
1 pack fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp single cream
1 tbsp plain flour
finely grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
salt and freshly ground black pepper
baked potatoes, vegetables and apple sauce, to serve
