Lentil Salad with Feta Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

425g cooked lentils
450g cherry or baby plum tomatoes, sliced in half
85g feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped chives
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped coriander


PREPARATION:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and keep chilled in a sealed plastic container.

2. This salad can be eaten as is or with pitta bread or wholewheat biscuits.
