Apricots with Prosciutto

This unusual, quick and easy starter has a tangy bite.

INGREDIENTS:

6 fresh apricots
85g thinly sliced prosciutto


PREPARATION:
1. Halve the apricots, remove the stones and then slice each half in two, so that you have 24 pieces.

2. Wrap a small piece of proscuitto round each apricot quarter and serve.
