1. Lightly butter a sheet of filo pastry. Place another sheet on top and butter this. Repeat with a third sheet.
2. Place the whole Camembert on top, in the centre of the pastry.
3. Arrange peach slices over the top of the cheese. Top this with a thin layer of jam or jelly.
4. Place three sheets of buttered pastry on top. Crimp the edges of the pastry together, encasing the cheese and fruit.
5. Bake the pastry following packet instructions. Serve on a large plate and let your guests cut themselves a slice.
For a light lunch, serve with a crisp herb salad and a glass or two of Chardonnay.
