1. Make up one cup of chamomile tea and leave to cool with the bag in the cup. (The tea can later be used to remove the face mask.)
2. Peel and deseed the cucumber, purée in a food processor (or mash it to a pulp with a fork), then sieve, retaining the juice.
3. Stir the honey into 2 tbsp cucumber juice.
4. Add the milk and stir again
5. Apply the mixture to the face and neck with cotton wool. Leave for 20 minutes.
6. Wipe off the mask with cotton wool soaked in the cooled chamomile tea (or pure water).
