Fiery Chicken Legs

This chicken cooked in a spicy marinade is guaranteed to warm you up on the coldest of nights

INGREDIENTS:

fireworks2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp tumeric
salt and freshly ground black pepper
150ml plain yoghurt
juice of a lime or 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped


PREPARATION:
1. Mix together the ingredients for the marinade.

2. Smear the chicken in the marinade and leave to rest for at least 1 hour.

3. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/gas mark 7.

4. Roast for 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
