INGREDIENTS:

sake (Hokusetsu honjozo grade)
vodka
sliced gari (pickled ginger)
cucumber, thinly sliced for garnish


PREPARATION:
Mix equal parts of sake and vodka with the gari in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with cucumber.
