Cook the lean beef rump or sirloin steaks according to preference on preheated grill or BBQ.
Meanwhile make salsa of choice. For strawberry salsa mix together the fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with the crushed black peppercorns.
For the caper salsa, simply mix together the capers, gherkins, garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil.
Serve the steaks with chosen salsa, new potatoes and a large mixed salad.
