Santa Lucia Mascarpone Pancakes

For a sweet indulgence, try this pancake with sliced bananas, mascarpone and flaked almonds. For a truly sinful version, combine some melted chocolate with the mascarpone.

INGREDIENTS:



250g Galbani Santa Lucia Mascarpone or other mascarpone
50g chestnut puree
50g bitter chocolate
2 bananas
8 pancakes
1 tablespoon Amaretto Liueur or rum


PREPARATION:
Beat the Galbani Mascarpone together with the amaretto or rum and chestnut puree.

Place the creamy mixture in equal portions over the pancakes, cover with slices of banana and flakes of chocolate.

Fold in half and half again and serve immediately.
