The Magnum Classic Cocktail

The Magnum Classic ice cream provides a good creamy base for dessert-style cocktails. This recipe is great for an indulgent after-dinner treat.

INGREDIENTS:

One Magnum Classic
One shot Baileys Original Irish Cream
One shot Stolichnaya vanilla vodka

Glassware: Hurricane


PREPARATION:
1. Carefully slide the Magnum Classic off the stick and pick off some of the chocolate coating - save for later.

2. Whizz both the remaining chocolate and ice cream in the blender, then add to the Irish Cream and vodka

3. Use the remaining Magnum chocolate to garnish
