1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan, 180°C conventional, gas 5.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan; add the lamb and fry for 5 minutes until brown.
3. Place the lamb in a medium size casserole, pour over the Jalfrezi Sauce, cover with a tight fitting lid or foil and cook for 75 - 90 hours or until the lamb is tender.
4. shallots and red pepper in the remaining oil until golden.
5. Spoon the vegetables over the Jalfrezi and serve immediately.
