Amarula ice cream

The easy to make at home recipe combines the exotic taste of Amarula Cream, the liqueur from South Africa, with a combination of smooth mascarpone and nutty peanut brittle to give you the perfect grown up treat

INGREDIENTS:

80ml Amarula Cream
250g creamed cheese
250g mascarpone cheese
250g creme fraiche
2 eggs
250ml sugar
200g peanut brittle


PREPARATION:
Cream the eggs and sugar, combine with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended

Pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 2-3 hours

Serve with extra Amarula Cream and peanut brittle
