Lemon Sherbet

INGREDIENTS:

225ml whipping cream
150g sugar
225ml yoghurt
juice of 1 lemon
1–2 tsp grated lemon zest


PREPARATION:
Whip together the cream and sugar until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients and freeze, stirring every hour with a wooden spoon until it becomes too stiff to turn (should take about 4–5 hours).
