Cheese Maki

These simple and tasty meaty skewers are quick and easy to prepare

Dish Details:


INGREDIENTS:


400g finely sliced veal escalopes
240g Basque country cheese
Salt
Pepper
16 kebab skewers


PREPARATION:
Cut the cheese into 15g sticks.

Cut the veal escalopes into 25g strips, and season well.

Wrap the cheese sticks in each slice of veal.

Thread them lengthwise on to the skewers. You can either cook these immediately or refrigerate until required.

Heat the grill and cook the kebabs until they are golden brown
