Skewered melon & prosciutto

Tempt your guests' tastebuds with a selection of these easy make-ahead appetisers

Dish Details:


INGREDIENTS:

Appetisers1 ripe cantaloupe.
12-14 slices prosciutto, cut into 3 long strips each
Cocktail sticks


PREPARATION:
Quarter, deseed and peel the cantaloupe.

Cut the flesh into about 40 bite-size chunks.

Wrap a strip of proscuitto around each melon chunk, and secure with a cocktail stick.
