Barbecue pork with bok choi

Make this dish spicier by using sweet chilli sauce instead of the tomato ketchup

INGREDIENTS:

BBQ pork and greens6 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 clove of garlic, crushed
3 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
4 pork leg steaks, trimmed of excess fat
4 heads bok choi, halved lengthways


PREPARATION:
Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a grill to Medium-High.

Put the chops on a non-stick baking tray and grill for 10 minutes, turning and basting with any leftover sauce until cooked through.

When the chops are nearly cooked, heat a large frying pan and stir-fry the bok choi with a splash more soy sauce for about 2 minutes, until just wilted.

Serve the pork with the bok choi
