| Directions: 1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the onion and pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add the lamb and stir-fry for a further 1 minute. 3. Add the asparagus, ginger and spring onions, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. 4. Add the artichoke hearts, soy sauce and Tabasco, and cook for 1-2 minutes. If the stir-fry becomes dry during cooking, add 1 tbsp water. 5. Season and serve with boiled rice. |
