Bean and Lentil Chilli~92~116~181
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
50g green pepper, chopped
300g canned tomatoes
100g canned haricot beans, drained
100g canned red kidney beans, drained
100g boiled green lentils
2 tsp chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Fry onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
