Ingredients
- 400g penne pasta
- 225g pack chestnut mushrooms
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 350g jar 4-cheese sauce
- 250g bag baby spinach leaves
- 25g walnut halves
- 50g blue cheese, crumbled

- Heat the grill to Medium. Boil the pasta for mins until just cooked, or follow the pack instructions. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in the oil for mins until soft and golden.
