Frozen mango daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 400ml/14fl oz mango juice
  • 200ml/8fl oz white rum
  • 100ml/4fl oz lime juice
  • 4 tsp golden caster sugar
  • 4 glassfuls of crushed ice (about 600ml/1 pint)
Serves: 4       whats this
 

Directions

  1. Put the mango juice, rum, lime juice, sugar and ice into a blender and whiz together until thick and slushy. Serve in a cocktail glass.
