- 400ml/14fl oz mango juice
- 200ml/8fl oz white rum
- 100ml/4fl oz lime juice
- 4 tsp golden caster sugar
- 4 glassfuls of crushed ice (about 600ml/1 pint)

- Put the mango juice, rum, lime juice, sugar and ice into a blender and whiz together until thick and slushy. Serve in a cocktail glass.
