Garlic and mushroom burgers

These tasty burgers are ideal for a kid's meal and are perfect for vegetarians
Ingredients
- 4 portobello or field mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 50g gruyere, grated
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp soft butter
- 4 ciabatta or burger buns, split and toasted
Directions

- Grill/bbq the mushrooms.
- Rub the mushrooms with the oil and set on a baking sheet. Grill for two mins on each side until cooked, but still firm.
- Mix the cheese, garlic and butter in a bowl and season, then spoon into the mushrooms.
- Grill until the cheese melts, then stuff into toasted buns.
