Get a cracking bikini body with squats and deadlifts
Hey Ladies,
Hope you have been practicing your kettlebell technique and enjoyed the circuit from last week.
This week I have two awesome full body movements for you to add to the list. They are the ultimate fat burner and will target the legs, upper body and arms all at once. On top of that your heart rate will be racing and the calories will literally pour off you.
I introduce to you the squat to press and the deadlift to uprigt row. You have done a similar movement to these over the weeks, they are simply add ons but are highly effective.
You will perform...
...The two movements in the video back to back for 12-15 reps each, rest 30-45secs and repeat 2-3 times. When you feel good with these start mixing all the kettlebell movements over the last few weeks together for a cracking bikini body ready circuit.
