- 8 tablespoons butter
- One cup sugar
- Tow eggs
- 1 3/4 cups white flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- One teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- Four tablespoons grated Florida grapefruit peel
- 3/4 cup Florida pink grapefruit juice
- One cup confectioners? sugar
