This simple tasty toasted treat serves one, but the quantities can easily be multiplied
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal muffin
- 2 slices ham
- 2 pineapple rings, drained of juice
- a handful grated mature cheddar
- a splash Worcestershire sauce

- TOAST THE MUFFIN
- Heat the grill to Medium. Split the muffin in half, then lightly toast.
- TOP AND GRILL
- Top each muffin half with ham, a pineapple ring
- and some cheese. Place on a baking tray and grill for minutes until bubbling and golden. Splash with Worcestershire sauce.
