Hansel and Gretel's Spare Ribs

Give your trick or treaters a real suprise: feed them the rib bones of fairytale children
Ingredients
675g American-style spare ribs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to gas mark
- Place the ribs in a roasting tin.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together, and with a knife paste the ribs with the mixture.
- Place the ribs in the oven and cook for approx hours, turning every half hour, and basting them with the juices.
- NB. These must be well cooked and crunchy.
