Healthy and alcoholic? It must be the perfect party drink, says iVillager hbotje.
Ingredients
- juice of 10 oranges
- juice of 6 lemons
- 6 medium or 4 large bananas, sliced
- 120ml crushed pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 350ml light rum
- 240ml honey
- 240ml banana-flavoured liqueur
- 120ml grenadine syrup
- 6 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 lemon, sliced
- crushed ice
Directions

- Combine all the ingredients, except for the lemon slices and ice, in a large bowl, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture, one-third at a time, into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the punch into a serving bowl, stir well, and float lemon slices on top. Serve over crushed ice.
