I feel unwell. I am going through the menopause and my periods are very erractic. Also I have been taking Phentermine 30mg that I ordered from the Internet to help me lose weight.

Phentermine is not recommended in the UK, as it is associated with harmful side effects, including heart and lung problems. I would stop it immediately and see your GP as soon as possible for a check-up.
