You don't need to feel hungry on a detox plan, afterall, detox is all about indulging yourself. If you feel the urge to snack, choose one of these options:

Remember that if you detox too quickly, you could get adverse side effects, such as headaches or bad breath as your body throws off some of its stored toxins. If this is too unpleasant, go straight to the slower maintenance tips in stage two which are aimed at creating long-term healthy habits. You should never attempt to detox if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, have an eating disorder, are diabetic or are under medical supervision.
