Get to know your normal texture and be aware that this may vary throughout your period cycle.

What to look for:

  • any change in the shape or size of either breast.
  • any change in the shape or position of either nipple.
  • any flaking, bleeding or discharge from the nipples.
  • any unusual dimples or puckering.
  • any unusual lumps or thickening of the tissue.
  • any feelings of pain or discomfort.

IF YOU DO FIND ANYTHING UNUSUAL, ANY LUMP OR PAINFUL AREA, GO AND SEE YOUR DOCTOR.
