Perineum tear
My perineum tore when giving birth to my first child four years ago, and has been painful during sex since. I almost always 'cut' and end up bleeding a little. Is there any way to fix it?
This can usually be improved. Ask your GP to refer you to a gynaecologist who will be able to re-cut and re-stitch this area to correct any distortions from the original tear or the stitching that was done at the time. It will also help to use lubrication when making love.
