Breast itchiness
I have occasional itching on my left breast - it feels as if the itch is under the skin. Should I be concerned?
Do see your doctor or practice nurse for a breast check. Sometimes itching can be a sign of early breast changes (either in the skin or the underlying ducts), eczema or another skin condition. Don't ignore recurrent symptoms such as this. Depending on your age, your GP may refer you for a mammogram or choose to review you regularly.
