An excellent and attractive way to garnish steamed vegetables and grilled meats and fish
 

Ingredients

  • butter, softened
  • garlic, crushed
  • lemon zest and juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • herbs of your choice
Preparation: 10   Total Time: 10min whats this
 

Directions

  1. You can blend everything in a food processor or mix by hand, chopping the herbs finely before incorporating into the butter.
  2. Place the butter on a sheet of greaseproof paper and make into a sausage shape, twisting the ends of the paper. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up.
  3. Slice as required and lay on hot meat or vegetables just before serving.
