An excellent and attractive way to garnish steamed vegetables and grilled meats and fish
Ingredients
- butter, softened
- garlic, crushed
- lemon zest and juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- herbs of your choice

- You can blend everything in a food processor or mix by hand, chopping the herbs finely before incorporating into the butter.
- Place the butter on a sheet of greaseproof paper and make into a sausage shape, twisting the ends of the paper. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up.
- Slice as required and lay on hot meat or vegetables just before serving.
