Make an aromatherapy pillow

Relax with and breath easy with an aromatherapy pillow.

Simple

15 Minutes

Not a lot

You will need
Fabric, Dried Flowers/Lavender/Scented Beads, Hammer, Pins, Ribbon, Scissors, Sewing Machine or Needle, Thread
1. Cut out a square of fabric. 2. Pin some ribbon at either edge and stitch in place. 3. Fold in half so that the wrong side of the fabric is facing out and sew along the top edge.



4. Fold inside out so that the right side of the fabric is facing out and sew along one edge. 5. Fill with dried flowers, lavender or scented beads. 6. Sew up the open edge of the pillow.

7. Take a hammer and crush down the flowers or beads until the pillow lays flat.
