For all 6 sizes

Work straight until armhole measures same as back armhole to shoulder shaping, finishing after a purl row.

Shape Shoulder

Next Row. Cast off 8 [9:10:10:12:12] sts, knit to end. You will now have 8 [10:10:11:12:12] sts on the needle.
Next Row. Purl.
Cast off remaining 8 [10:10:11:12:12] sts.

Right front

Cast on 14 [16:19:25:26:25] sts.
1st Row. (this will be the right side of the work - rs) Knit.
2nd Row. Purl to last 5 sts, inc in next st (front edge), p4. You will now have 15 [17:20:26:27:26] sts on the needle.
3rd Row. K3, inc in next st, knit to end. You will now have 16 [18:21:27:28:27] sts on the needle.
4th Row. Purl to last 5 sts, inc in next st, p4. You will now have 17 [19:22:28:29:28] sts on the needle.
Beginning with a knit row, working in stocking stitch for the remainder of the right front as follows:- Work 6 [8:6:4:6:4] rows inc 1 st at front edge as before in every row. You will now have 23 [27:28:32:35:32] sts on the needle.
Work 14 [12:16:12:16:24] rows inc 1 st at front edge as before in 1st and every following alternate row AT SAME TIME inc 1 st at side edge in 3rd [1st:3rd:5th:3rd:5th] and following 0 [0:12th:0:12th:12th] row. You will now have 31 [34:38:39:45:46] sts on the needle.
Work 29 [24:12:8:4:8] rows inc 1 st at front edge as before in 1st and every following 4th row AT SAME TIME inc 1 st at side edge in 1st [1st:11th:5th:0:5th] and every following 12th [12th:0:0:0:0] row. You will now have 42 [42:42:42:46:49] sts on the needle.

For 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th sizes only

Work [7:19:31:12:25] rows inc 1 st at front edge as before in 1st and every following 6th row AT SAME TIME inc 1 st at side edge in [1st:11th:9th:7th:9th] and every following [0:0:12th:0:0] row. You will now have [45:47:50:49:55] sts on the needle.

For 5th size only

Work 17 rows inc 1 st at front edge in 1st and every following 8th row AT SAME TIME inc 1 st at side edge in 7th row. You will now have 53 sts on the needle.

For all 6 sizes

Work straight until right front measures same as back to armhole shaping.

Shape Armhole

Work 7 [7:8:8:8:10] rows decreasing 1 st at armhole edge in every row. You will now have 35 [38:39:42:45:45] sts on the needle.
Work 1 [1:0:0:0:0] rows without shaping.

Neck Shaping

1st Row. K3, yfwd, k2tog, knit to end.
2nd Row. Purl.
3rd Row. K4, k2tog, k2, yfwd, k2tog, knit to end. You will now have 34 [37:38:41:44:44] sts on the needle.
4th Row. Purl to last 6 sts, p2tog, p4. You will now have 33 [36:37:40:43:43] sts on the needle.
5th Row. K4, k2tog, knit to end. You will now have 32 [35:36:39:42:42] sts on the needle.
6th Row. Purl.
7th Row. K4, k2tog, k2, yfwd, k2tog, knit to end. You will now have 31 [34:35:38:41:41] sts on the needle.
8th Row. Purl.
9th Row. K4, k2tog, knit to end. You will now have 30 [33:34:37:40:40] sts on the needle.
10th Row. Purl.
Rep last 4 rows 7 [7:7:8:8:8] times. You will now have 16 [19:20:21:24:24] sts on the needle.
