How can I show off our tiny bedroom?
My bedroom is tiny - just wide enough for a double bed and some skinny bedside cabinets across the far wall but there's literally only 40cm either side of the bed (these modern houses!). We could move the bed to next to the doorway and up against the wall under the window. This would free up floor space for wardrobes etc along the far wall, but one of us would have to clamber over the other to get out of bed! Which arrangement would be best for viewers when we come to sell?

Based on these scarce details I think locating the bed central to a wall so you have access both sides is best. An idea you may want to consider instead of bedside tables is a fixed shelf either side - which would look "lighter" giving the illusion of more space.
The problem is where would you have your wardrobe if it's not in your bedroom - could you suspend a hanging rail at the opposite end of the room? Do you have another bedroom that could serve as a dressing room maybe? You can also suggest to potential buyers that a good solution would be to have a bed with storage beneath it.
