Honey and Cucumber Facial Cleansing Milk

A soothing home-made cream for reducing inflammation, restoring pH balance and rehydrating the skin
Ingredients
- 1 chamomile tea bag (optional)
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp full-fat milk

- Make up one cup of chamomile tea and leave to cool with the bag in the cup. (The tea can later be used to remove the face mask.)
- Peel and deseed the cucumber, pure in a food processor (or mash it to a pulp with a fork), then sieve, retaining the juice.
- Stir the honey into tbsp cucumber juice.
- Add the milk and stir again
- Apply the mixture to the face and neck with cotton wool. Leave for minutes.
- Wipe off the mask with cotton wool soaked in the cooled chamomile tea (or pure water).
