- 2 boneless rib-eye steaks
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp horseradish sauce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp pepper
- tiny pinch salt

- Preheat the grill to medium high. Place the steaks on a lined grill pan. Grill the steaks as close to the heat source as possible for minutes.
- Turn the steaks over and grill for minutes more, or until the steaks are almost as done as you like. While the steaks are grilling, mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the top. Return to the oven and grill for minutes more or until the topping is golden brown. Serve hot.
