Hot and spicy barbecued prawns

These tasty prawns are delicious when cooked on a barbecue or if the weather is bad, cook them on a griddle
Ingredients
- 24 prawns in their shell
- 4 teaspoons Calabrian hot pepper salsa (less if not wanted to be too hot!)
- 6 tablespoons Organic olive oil
- 6 slices pineapple cut into wedges

- Place all ingredients, except the pineapple, into a mixing bowl and allow to blend for about minutes.
- Thread the prawns on to skewers, alternating with pineapple wedges and brush them with the mixture and leave them in the fridge for hours to marinate.
- Cook on the barbecue for a couple of minutes each side
