'I'm becoming a Wii Fit Plus addict!'

By Wii Fit Helen on 28 Apr 2011 No comments

Week two was great because I had a four day weekend to be able to get on the Wii Fit and explore it rather than sticking to the step that I had been doing in previous weeks as it was just so easy to stick to something familiar. I had lots of fun with some friends on the hola-hooping! So funny to watch your friends try and get it right and keep it up! We had a real giggle with it and it has an added bonus of being also being a work out.

And on Saturday morning, when I had some free time I managed to get out of bed and have a go on the Yoga. I have done this in the gym before but found the Wii Fit Plus version to be really beneficial and I felt great afterwards. I then tried the muscle workout exercises for my legs and arms. The Balance Bridge works on toning your hips and triceps and then the Spine Extension works on your legs and shoulders and I could really feel that afterwards!

I found that you can customise your options enabling you to create your own workout and it's great that I can find time to put exercise back into my daily routine without feeling like I have to do this all at the gym or not at all. I can’t make excuses now because the Wii Fit is in my lounge and there is no getting away from it. I think I am becoming a real addict for it!
