  • This prize draw is open only to UK resident's aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • The first name that is drawn will win the following - one x Barcelo Riviera Spa break package, consisting of three nights half board accomodation for three people sharing one triple room in the four star Barcelo Riviera Resort in Malta. The prize includes three standard return flights from London with Air Malta, transfers from airport-hotel-airport, 'destress and relax' spa package at the hotel. Comprehensive travel insurance is also included (subject to the qualifying criteria and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and his/her travel companions must hold a valid passport with at least nine months further duration (or prize draw entry will be invalid). The winner must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which they may incur in connection with the prize beyond those included in the prize itself (including, without limitation, transport to and from the London airport, spending money and all meals and drinks, except breakfast and evening meal at the hotel). The holiday must be taken before 16 December 2005 excluding all Bank Holiday periods. The prize will be funded by Gillette Group UK Ltd ("the sponsor"), but will be booked and arranged by the winner through PM&M Ltd and is subject to availability at the time of booking to PM&M's standard terms and conditions for such holidays.
  • Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If the winner and/or the winner's travel companions are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or equivalent value. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable.
  • Entry to the prize draw is not open to employees of iVillage UK Ltd or Gillette Group UK Ltd, or their families, agents or anyone connected with the prize draw.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is by completing all of the details on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form and submitting it by pressing the "submit" button before the closing date.
  • Only entries completed on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the prize draw. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
  • The closing date for entries is 00.01 hrs, 9 Aug 05. The draw will take place within 15 days of the closing date.
  • There will be one winner chosen at random from all of the valid entries received by the closing date under the supervision of an independent adviser. Details of the independent adviser are available from the promoter upon request.
  • The winner will be informed by email within two days of the draw. The prize voucher will be issued within ten days of the draw.
  • No correspondance will be entered into.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
  • The winner's name and county shall be made available. Requests should be sent here titled "Request for winner's details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.
  • The Promoter will pass details of the winner (including name and email address) to the Sponsor for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.
  • Your entry will be the property of iVillage and will not be returnable. By entering the competition, you agree that iVillage may print, publish, distribute, edit or otherwise use the contents of your entry and your name and county of residence in publicity in relation to the competition and/or iVillage.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winner's name and county.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
