  1. This prize draw is open only to UK resident's aged 21 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted. Competition starts on June 2, 2008 and ends on August 2, 2008.
  2. Only entries completed on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
  3. The competition is not open to employees of iVillage Limited and Universal Orlando Resort ('Prize Provider') and any other relevant company or its associated companies.
  4. The prize draw will take place on date
  5. The winners will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final.
  6. The one (1) name that is drawn will win the following - An 8-Day/7-Night trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando Resort including: Return economy airfare for four (4) from Heathrow or Gatwick airport to Orlando, Florida. Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Orlando and the hotel. Hotel accommodation for seven (7) consecutive nights on-site at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando® (room and tax only, single room, quad occupancy). Four (4) 7-Day/2-Park Tickets to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure®. One (1) gift certificate for $120 (USD) to the Mandara Spa. Approximate retail value: $8,285 (USD). All travel must be completed by July 26, 2009. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted upon confirmation. All travel must be booked a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance, and winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Black out dates and other restrictions apply. Minor guests must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian.
  7. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered, Winner is responsible for having valid travel documents and insurance at the time of travel. Winner is responsible for spending money, meals, tips, incidentals, and any other elements not expressly stated above.
  8. The winner contracts for the prizes with the Prize Provider and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that (i) the Prize Provider (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for provision of the prize, and that (ii) iVillage Limited, together with its officers, directors, employees and all affiliated entities of iVillage Limited (collectively the 'Promoter'), is solely responsible and liable for any claims arising out of or related to the conduct and administration of the competition itself (excluding personal injury or property loss or damage sustained by competitors and any traveling companions and solely arising out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Prize Provider in the operation of its theme parks).
  9. Upon request, the winner's name and county shall be made available. Requests should be sent here titled "Request for winner's details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.
  10. The Promoter will pass details of the winner (including name, address, phone number and email address) to the Prize Provider for the purposes of arranging fulfillment of the prize. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.
  11. Your entry will be the property of iVillage and will not be returnable. By entering the competition, you agree that iVillage may print, publish, distribute, edit or otherwise use the contents of your entry and your name and county of residence in publicity in relation to the competition and/or iVillage.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winner's name and county.
