1. This prize draw is open only to UK resident's aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Only entries completed on the iVillage.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition. Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.

3. The competition is not open to employees of iVillage UK Limited, Tropical Places and any other relevant company or its associated companies.

4. The prize draw will take place on 31st January 2002.The winners will be informed by email within 30 days of the draw. The decision of the judges will be final.

5. The winners that are drawn will win the following: The 1st place winner will win a 7-night holiday for 2 at the all inclusive Le Sport in St Lucia. The one-week stay includes return flights from London Gatwick to St Lucia, return transfers to and from the hotel and 7 nights all inclusive accommodation. 5 runners up will win a little black dress.

6. The holiday must be taken between 1st September 02 and August 03 excluding Christmas, New Year, school holidays and bank holidays.

7. Travel insurance must be purchased prior to departure although not necessarily with Tropical Places.

8. The prize is subject to availability and Tropical Places standard booking conditions will apply.

9. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. The prize is subject to additional terms and conditions, which are available from the Sponsor.

10. The winner's contract for the prizes with the Sponsor and not the Promoter and by entering the competition each competitor acknowledges that the Sponsor (and not the Promoter) is solely responsible and liable for the prize.

11. Upon request, the winners name and county shall be made available. Requests should be sent to E-mail: cswithenbank@email.ivillage.co.uk titled "Request for winner's details" within 6 weeks of the close of the prize draw.

12. The Promoter will pass details of all the winners (including name and email address) to the Sponsor for the purposes of arranging delivery of the prizes. By entering this competition you hereby agree, should you win, to this information being released by the Promoter.

13. Your entry will be the property of iVillage and will not be returnable. By entering the competition, you agree that iVillage may print, publish, distribute, edit or otherwise use the contents of your entry and your name and county of residence in publicity in relation to the competition and/or iVillage.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winners name and county.
