  • If I'm feeling really down on myself, a couple of days of eating healthily and exercising harder makes me feel better and more attractive. When I feel good, I instantly take on confidence. stinny

  • I always get bikini waxes (or shave when I can't afford to go to a salon). Keeping my bikini line neat makes me feel more 'pulled together', even during the cold months, when I'm less likely to hit the gym. uttexasgirl

  • I throw away any clothing that makes me feel bad about myself. Maybe the colour's not right or it clings in the wrong places, but if I feel bad in it twice, it goes in the car boot bag. kirstin2002

  • Lipstick! It's cheap, it's easy and you can carry it anywhere. When I don't have time to put on a full face of makeup, I make do with cover-up, mascara and a flattering slick of lippie. When I do have time to go all-out, lipstick is the finishing touch. I keep a basket of lipsticks with my make-up and in the morning I pull one out at random. It keeps my look fresh and it's fun feeling I look a little different every day. jphowze
