Add us to your address book

Are you getting the newsletters you've opted for? If not, spam filters might be part of your problem.

To make sure your iVillage newsletters aren't blocked by spam filters, please follow these simple steps to add us to your address book.

Unfortunately this process will need to be repeated for each different newsletter you wish to add, but only once for each newsletter. Please bear in mind not all email clients are the same. For the purpose of the demonstration we'll be using Microsoft Outlook™. The process should be similar across most email programs.

Step 1: When you receive an iVillage newsletter, doubleclick the messageheader to open the mail fully instead of just viewing the contents from the preview pane.

Step 2: Now that you have the email open, you can see towards the top of the page there is the iVillage FROM address.

Step 3: Right-clicking the FROM address opens a dialogue box. You will now see a number of options available to you.

Step 4: Click, "Add to contacts" and a second dialogue box will appear.

Step 5: You may either edit options within this dialogue box, or simply press "Save and close".

Step 6: Your newsletter is now saved within your address book. This should allow you to receive your newsletters as intended.
