Runs six open access centres across London, including one for women only and one for black and minority ethnic people, which offer individual counselling and group meetings. Also runs 14 residential schemes where residents must be abstinent from alcohol. Two are for women only and one is for women and their children.

Runs nearly 100 projects nationally for people with serious problems related to drug and alcohol misuse, mental health and learning disabilities.
