Provides information and advice to disabled people on access to arts and leisure activities in Greater London. Offers a telephone helpline and produces access guides to venues both in print and on tape. Runs a mobile library of videos in major ethnic languages for disabled people and a youth service encouraging youths from 14-25 to take part in art and entertainment activities.

Provides respite care and holidays for people with a disability and their carers. Runs five purpose-built holiday centres with special theme weeks including drama, fishing, music and crafts.
